Has anybody had issues with adaptive headlights on an es 300h not going on to main beam automatically?? They work when they want not when they should.

If you mean full beam, mine very rarely switch over, it has to be very dark, no street lights, no car in sight, total darkness.

A point to note the adaptive hi beam when activated is  as powerful as the manual setting for hi beam . The manual hi beam light pattern is more concentrated in forward view….

I've noticed a difference between adaptive lighting with Betsy and Tiff. Tiff's seem to "roam" left and right and up and down a lot more, and even when the blue light is not on to show that adaptive lighting's in operation, I still get flashed by cars coming the other way. I'm sure it's just a form of jealousy though. Main beam on Betsy was way brighter than adaptive lighting on unlit country roads at night. Tiff seems more generous with her retina burning brightness.

I believe there is a minimum speed too.
