your car?!?  Or anything to say about any car? How 'bout.... anything?

My car is 'nori green'. In the sun it is glorious. If a bird flies by and interferes with a single proton of the suns' gente grace it looks like a WW2 jeep. The life just dies. It needs the sun. Most everything else about the caris just fine.

Thank you.

Our local dealer had a green demo hybrid with tan interior - fantastic colour scheme but we don’t get enough of the sunny weather it really deserves.

Problem with the LC500 and forums is there’s literally nothing to argue about. Nobody really modifies them, and nothing ever goes wrong. There’s the odd flurry of activity when someone’s centre console latch breaks but honestly that’s kind of it for discussions. I quite like it. After TVR and Maserati forums it’s quite refreshing and very relaxing.

What phone cradle? Mmmm, much prefer that to ‘my engine seized. Again.’, ‘What tywraps for the exhaust’ or ‘I can get my fist through my front subframe.’.
Everything about my car is just fine. But it does need servicing… my first time… I need to book that in.

I’ve got a confession. I’m doing the NC500 in mine next year with a car club. Can’t wait. And it will be one of MANY road trips.

Like the Nori example, Sonic Red also goes through a metamorphosis (not used that word in a while) in direct sun light.

I want more miles one mine. It needs to be imprinted on more retinas. I owe it to the public.

Deep down I pray (to the car gods) I never need a respray.

You recall the great fuel latch recall during 2019? Savage stuff. It was up there with finding an alloy wheel refurbishing centre that can do chrome wheels justice.

The worst experience I’ve had thus far is condensation in the rear camera, made worse by the dealer not having the Nespresso pods I normally like when they swapped it out.

Not sure it’s forum worthy. As you say, a good sign.

Stay tuned, as when 2030 (when my extended warranty will expire) comes by, I’ll mod mine with quad exhausts and a slightly revised defuser (cosmetic only).

But until then, expect road trip photos…

My RCF is the least popular colour released….certainly polarises people.  I must admit though, when the weather is good and the car is clean, it looks fabulous! Similar to your car however, at this time of year it just looks flat.

I get lots of comments about how I look like a t**t in it, predominantly from women who clearly find me attractive and are threatened by it!

My Lexus is Mesa red and looks lovely and sparkly in the sunshine too. But in our miserable climate it just looks MAROON.

The Missus thinks it is pink, calls it the pink car. But then again she also thinks blue is green.

Both my 2016 and 2019 RCs have been Sonic Titanium.  Had I ordered the 2019 car to my own specifications I would probably have gone for Metallic red or maybe blue, but I preferred ready delivery straight out of the showroom to a long wait.   Objectively, I have not regretted what, if only on the grounds of Sonic Titanium’s popularity, I thought might have been a boring choice.  But, after more than than six years of the daily sight of fundamentally the same car, I remain impressed by the colour’s intrinsic ability to project a multiplicity of shades and nuances of light and dark grey in accordance with how the folds and bulges of the bodywork take the light - and, of course, in accordance with how the light itself changes during the day and with the seasons.

I got Sonic Red outside with black inside on my LC500. I( would have preferred a cream leather interior with the red but you couldn't get this even on the "halo" of the Lexus range.

BTW, I agree that the LC500 forum is a bit boring but, as noted by others, there isn't much to moan about.
