Just spotted this on fleabay, massive welding job and new rear subframe needed coupled with a very poor MOT history with same advisories year after year particularly brake issues and tyres.

Also been stood for over 2 years since last MOT failure.

Perhaps there’s a Mig welder included in the boot.

A superb buy for sure ….. hope it includes rights to use the Highland Estate for fishing too whatever …… oh, by the way there’s clearly a mistype, a 0 too many on the price I’m thinking ….. £300 might be more sensible eh ! 🥵

Seems neglected and hardly used with the interior looking pretty good from the photos.  I'd certainly duck this one if I was in the market again.

Which only goes to prove that mileage is not necessarily the be all and end all.

However, it makes me optimistic that hopefully I might get a reasonable price for my 90,000 mile LS400 next year, once I've finished polishing the new paint.

Mine needed less work on it and could not give it away, so off the the scrapper.  So £3K seems a little high to me, given I was only asking scrap value £500ish.

If I did have a Mig I would have done the wheel arches on mine, but hey ho, 15 years of driving LS was a treat never to be forgotten.
