My vehicle is a 250h Takumi 2019 and I have left the car unlocked but the Lexus Link+ app is not notifying me that the doors unlocked. Any advice please?

Have you gone into notifications on your phone - allow notifications.  Then go to the app, click on your profile (picture of a person) and select which notifications you want to set.

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately we have tried all this and it still doesn't work. The plot thickens!😕

The software on your car might not support it.

Same with my 2020 UX F sport Takumi. I tried all of the above and never had i received notifications .

I eventually get notifications -not timely as they can be a long time after the event.   Alao the app does not show the position of the car but shows where I am with the phone. The key can be miles away as can the car!

Strange. Mine does show both mine and the car's location (see uploaded image).

Having said that, last weekend (two days after I got the car) I got a message saying 'your vehicle has been successfully deleted', and I had to go through the pairing and trial activation again. It all worked OK, and has been working since, but I think it's definitely a 'work in progress'.
