Rx450h passenger door won’t open from outside

Hi,

I have a 64 reg RX450h

The car is great, I haven't had a single issue with it up until now.

When I unlock the car, the central locking appears to work correctly, all doors apart from the Near Side (Front Passenger) are unlocked and this door won’t then open from the outside. 
 

Once it’s been manually opened from the inside the door will then open from the outside until the next time it’s locked?

Has anyone else had similar problems? Is this actuator?

Please can anyone recomend a solution? Any help appreciated

Car settings then Car security i.e. locks should be able to fix this  There must be options in this setting which allow you to choose which doors open and lock within the vehicle.......
