You may have to google a bit.

I found this link for dealers:  https://mag.lexus.co.uk/lexus-uk-dealers/ then looked at the list it took me to and found Lexus Birmingham.

I then googled 'Who owns Lexus Birmingham' and it came back with the The Steven Eagell Group and a list of their dealers:

"The Steven Eagell Group operates eleven Lexus Centres across the South East, East of England and the West Midlands: Lexus Birmingham, Lexus Cambridge, Lexus Canterbury, Lexus Gatwick, Lexus Hatfield, Lexus Ipswich, Lexus King's Lynn, Lexus Milton Keynes, Lexus Solihull, Lexus Tunbridge Wells, and Lexus Wolverhampton, plus an Official Service Outlet at Lexus Southend".

You could google  'Who owns .......' from other dealers in the list.  Don't know if of any help!
