Having recently purchased a licence from Toyota/Lexus for the Global Tech Stream Plus (GTS+) software, after having the 'HYBRID SYSTEM' error message that requires disconnecting the Battery to clear, i am now struggling to get past the final part of the installation. When first starting the software on a Windows based PC, the main screen briefly flashes up but then shows the 'Dealer information' screen which showing the required information as UK and 'Independent Repairer'. Clicking the forward arrow at the bottom right of this form causes a Configuration Error with code S_303-DL-001

There does not seem to be any way to go beyond this screen to access the GTS+ software. There is no help available from Lexus directly and i was wondering if anyone else had experienced this problem.

Hope someone can help

regards Dusty

To use Techstream you need a miniVCI cable like this one from eBay and they usually come with a pirated copy of Techstream.

I know you've bought an official licence to use Techstream, but have you downloaded the software from Lexus or are you trying to use the official licence key with the dodgy version?
