Just did a visit to the Bank manager, then an Hour of Kickboxing....

Feel better after jumping around and getting kicked in the chops a few times!! :duh:

I agree with taking a couple of paracetamols during the period when you are drinking.

It works by slowing down the rate at which alchohol is absorbed into the blood.

Be careful though, Im not sure how safe this would be if you are on other medication or you like to drink more than the average.

ahh so a kick in the chops works ey ,if i have a hangover i do some bag work and rowing after it,on a machine that is ,i havnt got a boat :P ,that helps :) just whatever gets a sweat up karate boy. :winky:

Best cure I found was a Subway footlong with all the jalapeno's, green chili's, all the peppers etc and the hot mustard - makes you sweat the beer out in minutes so you can get started again - I managed 10 days on that combo with constant drinking when we were in Vegas over new years!!! Think I had something like 4 glasses of coke and the rest was Bud or vodka - don't know how I'm still alive!!!

Best cure ever... drink some diaoralite (not sure of spelling) - the stuff comes in sachets, and is usually used for kids who are dehydrated. Works every time! (preferably try and drink some before you hit the hay or as soon as you wake up!!!)
