MY23 frustration

Hi, anyone know the answer to this infuriating message that keeps being displayed? If I cancel it 10 minutes later it reappears. If I continue I am asked to enter my userid and password. When I try to enter my password which I assume is the same as my Lexus link password I cannot as I have a capital letter for the first character and the upper case button is not available. So I  am stuck having to keep clearing this message every ten minutes. Help!

You will need to change your user password to at least 10 characters, as for some reason i had the same problem. Sticking @@ at the end fixed mine

Hi, fourbanks I did what you said and changed my password to have no capitals then went through the whole reconnection process and that seems to have done job. Why on earth have lexus disabled the uppercase key when entering your password G*d only knows! Thanks for your reply.

Good info, I have changed my password to no capitals ready for my new car. Thanks all.
