Key Fob - Unknown (?] feature

Hi all,

I took my car to the Lexus dealer yesterday for the DC to DC recall.

While I was there I had a "did you know that " moment with one of the staff. Here goes:

Press and hold the lock button on the fob and then tap the unlock button twice while still holding it.

This locks the fob and prevents theft of your car using the scan and amplified signal method. 

To unlock press the unlock button.

Or you could carry on using a Faraday pouch or the microwave of course. Handy to know if you're away from home though!
