Lexus Link+ app Remote lock/unlock

Picked my car up on Saturday and I thought that you could unlock and lock the car via the Lexus link+ remotely via the app. 
can not find it anywhere in the app. 
It does shows that all the doors and windows are closed when locked. 
Just want to know if I am missing something.

All I have is the following cards. 
 

Warning Lights

Hybrid Coaching 

Service and Maintenance. 
 

I wonder if it can take a while to show. 
There is a bit on the website account that ask me to verify that I am the owner by adding a code from the V5 document which I have not received yet.

You should see this in the app, which allows you to open and close the car plus manage the climate.

have you activated the 3 connected services ?

I was not asked  to input anything from V5 doc ?  If you click on the My Garage box at the top does it take you to a screen with your cars details.

Have you tried to refresh the screen ? On Iphone pull screen down to refresh - not sure on android. Otherwise not sure what else I can add. Sorry

Yes I have tried a few times and also deleted the app and reinstalled it. 
I have contacted Lexus via the app by email to say that the remote control is not there. 
 

Will wait and see what they come back with.

It may just be that not everything has been activated yet. IIRC, the Deep Dive tutorial (or it may have been my dealer) said that not everything gets activated at the same time or straight away. Maybe a week from now all will be well? Hopefully.

is there any difference in app functionality between the 350 HEV and the 450 PHEV? I believe remote climate is only available on the 450, but not sure about lock/unlock

My 350h has remote climate control: 

I haven't personally tried locking or unlocking the car with the app though, so I can't comment on that front. I know the dealer quickly tried it to see if it worked when I collected it (it did - but was very sluggish) but that's the only time it's been used.

I had lock/unlock yesterday. Gone today.
 I think that it is work in progress 😉
