Other than purchasing genuine Lexus £200+ for single spring 🤯 , is there any other option to get good quality replacement ?

Not many other options for these other than import from Japan or second hand from breakers.

 

Your rear disc is looking quite worn too.

Importing from Japan ? If it's worth it , could you direct me to relevant website or company, please . 

In regards of brakes , yes , I am aware of them bought brembo replacement already

Try Amayama, just make sure you get the correct ones for your vehicle as there are different spring rates/suspension in different countries.
