Blue Badge holders don’t usually get exemption UNLESS they’re driving a Registered Disability Vehicle …… it’s the vehicle that qualifies

Wasn't sure where I still stand for the ULEZ. But followed the tfl link and got thanked for helping clean the air quality in London.

Even where you are I doubt if you view your public transport availability much different, unless you live in a town centre that is. 😉
