Dont see why it would break your warranty your not tampering with the car as such to drive any negative defects. Your simply unlocking features pre-installed on the car from the manufacturer. Certain features are disabled as they are optional.

It does not allow alteration/ modifications to the drivetrain, engine or hybrid system if anything it will tell you theres a fault go to a dealer to get the work undertaken whilst your in the warranty period. (Just my view on it anyway)

Even the carcarenut recommends it..

Lowering mirror when in reverse seems super useful to me. Has anyone tried it to see if it works? Or is it model specific? Id gladly pay to have that.

I have this on my 2013 F-Sport with memory seats. Very useful to me. It was enabled by default, I used no device like Carista to enable it.

Got it. It might be trim level specific then. My executive doesnt do it and i have manual seats. Its something i really use a lot to avoid curbing the wheels but since i do it manually now i keep forgetting to correct my mirror when driving its such an annoyance.
