Just started yesterday, comes on after a few seconds of driving off.

I did some checking and watched a few online videos, but I can't find any reference in the owner handbook.

One video shows removing the AFS fuse, but the owner handbook does not have a fuse layout page.

Another video showed the location of the AFS sensor, but I think that was for a GS350, so it may be in a different location on the RX400h.

I would appreciate any guidance/cost from members who have had a similar problem.

Thanks in advance.

HI Malc,

I did a search beforehand on "RX400h AFS" but nothing came up.

Tried again now and still nothing.

Best regards

I get this from time to time on my 350.  I have replaced the levelling sensor which didn't stop it.  It seems to be intermittent and it's hard to remember to check if the dipped beams 'swing' with the steering as the light goes off after a while.  I just ignore it now.

Easy fix...for the same reason my cat was stolen...you can just slide under and replace the £35 (Ebay) AFS unit rear left wheel unit area
