They will be replacing rather than repairing doors etc

Looks like two complete metal doors (front and rear - not just outer skins) with all the trim pieces that go with them.

2 complete doors - £6k sounds about right at Lexus rates. A bumper costs about £3k to do

Yep with paint and labour it was like £3k rear bumper and plastic surrounds

Sounds reasonable. Nearly four years ago and elderly drive with dementia drove in the side and hit two doors. One needed replacing, the other was repairable. Total bill back then was about £6k. I recall the insurance company of the third party wanted to reduce the bill and cut corners, and I had to stand my ground.
