Hi where do LS430 owners buy suspension parts from. Need an upper ball joint at front and back. Understand balljounys are part of wishbone .

Or megazip.com, though you might have to be inventive to find the right part. Based abroad.

onlinecarparts.co.uk. Cheaper, but mostly by makers you've never heard of.

eBay, but probably unbranded.

Not Euro Car Parts, sadly.

Main dealer or Lexus Parts Direct are probably best for quality and convenience, if not price.

Wheel Alignment and Ball Joint Centre Ltd were featured on Wheeler Dealers when they injected a worn ball joint. They are based in Liverpool.

Howplum injecting ball joint sounds an interesting option. Would need to speak to garage that would be removing and refitting parts about sending them off for refurbishment. They might not want an immobile car for a few days/week. Have another car to use while this work was carried out.

I have a Mk 1 LS400, and bought a pair of front wishbones with balljoints from the USA, after unsuccessful searches here. Worth searching on their Owners Clubs and Dealers - can't remember who finally sent them over but they were dirt cheap, even with shipping, etc, and were on Fleabay USA too. Hope this helps.
