I've just had a letter from Lexus recalling my MY22 ES for the DCM (Data Communication Module) to be reprogramed due to four possible faults.

1 Emergency call back can't be received.

2 The most recent location failure

3 Auxiliary Battery could be discharged

4 Data lost after ignition turned off.

Just used their recall checker for my 2021, doesn't seem to be included

The recall checker for mine say's   'We have identified that your Lexus is subject to a voluntary customer service campaign or outstanding safety recall.'   but doesn't go into detail like the letter does.

Just received the letter for my MY23.

Same here for MY 22.  Any idea how long the process takes?  Tried ringing my local dealership,  as normal they don’t pickup the phone!

I have not had the recall yet and I have checked online and there was nothing there, very strange, as I have the same car as some of you, the ES300h Premium edition 2022.

I have just tried the online recall checker again and still nothing.

Maybe it's only a certain batch of components that have the issue, and yours is outside the range.

I have just had an email from Lexus Maidstone to say that they closed down on the 30th of June. I now have to go to Lexus Canterbury which is a lot further now, and I am not very happy at all. I wish I kept my Jaguar XE, as I had a lot of problems with Lexus Maidstone on ordering my Lexus in the first place and now I have to start all over again with another unknown dealership.

Just cleaning under the bonnet for the first time since it went into Bolton Lexus for the recall last week, not only was the air filter not clipped down it wasn't even in position, shoddy work Bolton, shoddy work!
