Cause of Battery discharge on 2010 Lexus RX45h

I left the trunk lid open overnight or maybe a day or so. Could that cause the Battery to be discharged? Might there be a more serious underlying issue? The Battery was replaced a year or so ago. I drive it less than 5000 miles per year.

It somewhat depends on how well charged the Battery was to begin with but yes, if the interior light was on for 24 hours you would have issues with a flat Battery on a Lexus hybrid as the 12v Battery isn't very high capacity. Unlikely to be anything more serious.
