11 yr Warranty

I not sure if this is true but I was told by one of the Lexus sales men, not being sexist I'll say sales person, that the Lexus warranty, if serviced by Lexus it gives you 1yr warranty each yr up to 10yrs or 100,000 miles which ever comes first. But he/ the person said that if the 10yr warranty say ends in April say, if you get it serviced in March making it 9yr and 11mths you would get another yr warranty because you got it serviced before the 10yr warranty ran out, anyone else heard this.

Yes, that is correct. My car was 10 years in January this year. I had it serviced in September last year and the warranty covers me until September 23 despite the car being more than 10 years old

I believe they also offer a purchasable 10-15yr warranty on expiry of the free current Relax warranty. Makes for good business to get regular vehicle servicing in exchange for a warranty on a car that never breaks down 😄

They do indeed, it's called the 10 year plus extended warranty, and costs around £500, depending on model. Not bad value considering it includes UK and European breakdown cover in the price.
