Gs300h fuel filter

Looking for info on the fuel filter for the 2014 gs300h, best i can find so far is that its in the tank as part of the pump. I was shown some pics that i think are from an American forum but the part numbers don't come up when I search for them. 

My car with over 200,000miles drops power intermittently, there's no fault codes which makes me think that it might be a clogged fuel filter. Local dealer is a bit hit and miss as to how helpful they might be when there might be a bit of doubt about parts so I was hoping to have some proper info before going to them, like part numbers and what else might be needed such as o rings etc. 

Numbers I got are

23217-46898 for filter 

23217-46090 for strainer

I think these part numbers are for the earlier 300h non hybrid

Found this but i think it's for earlier gs300 non hybrid, anyone changed one

Not sure it has one - not listed as a separate part which implies it is part of the pump.

Thanks for that Colin, I might have to look elsewhere for a cure for the problem. I've since found that it happens when the car swaps from Battery to engine power, just as its transferring its like a loss of power for a split second, otherwise the car runs very good. There was a warning about the hybrid Battery, ( P0A80 replace hybrid battery), I cleaned the Battery busbars and now everything is OK, other than the flat spot is still there.
