Central locking off key not working

Hi my central locking doesn't work off key fob. Is there a link for trouble shooting this problem Using manual key everything is fine. Did find a relay in arm rest which makes me think its been removed for a reason unknown to me. Photo of relay shown

Difficult to read the numbers because it's blurred but a search for "90987-02006" (without the quotes) comes up with this, so I'd say it's not relevant to the central locking issue:

Presumably you've tried a new Battery in the fob? Maybe the key needs reprogramming (look for YouTube video)?

Hi Herbie have put in Battery in fob. Will try Google search for reprogramming key

Hi Herbie tried the reprogramming of key. What I have now found is drivers door lock does not work off remote. So back to using actual key to lock car. Another job to add on to my list of jobs for lexus to deal with. 🙄

Found out how to replace motor for actuator. Just need a part number.
