Fuse Missing

Hey guys, I'm missing a fuse my diagram tells me i should have, could anyone inform me of what it actually does, its the 40a H/ctrl fuse.

It's 97 however is a face-lift, I believe would be called a mk3

H/ctrl = Heating Control?

It therefore would be missing if you don't have air suspension

Thanks guys, first instinct was heater control but the heater works just fine, where exactly did you find that list of which fuse is what, my car doesn't have air suspension so this would make the most sense
