Multimedia message pop up

Since yesterday morning I keep getting this message popping up on the multimedia screen.  I have tried logging into the link app again, logging into the multimedia within settings.  It is recognising my phone and says I am connected.

Can anyone shed any light on it and offer a solution?

The passwords never sync, as they should so a waste of time i find and no longer use that app

It is the first time this message has popped up in the car but is highly annoying as it repeats every 10 minutes

I had this on my ES. In my case logging into my account via the touchscreen in the car solved it, using the "continue" button.

I had the same issue with mine Susan after I had initially set things up I thought correctly. I think I used the same approach as Dippo and its not reoccurred since. Seems to connect with my settings each time I start up okay now.

Check with your dealer to see if there is an update. I had this with my NX350h but after a very recent update I have had no issues.
