Need to buy a new screw so does anyone know what is the exact screw name/spec I need for it to fit at the rear back holding the plate number?

Sadly, whoever fitted your number plate did not use a suitable lubricant. When fitting my number plate, I was advised to use grease on the threaded hole and on the plastic nut.multiple drilled holes when number plates are replaced. My dealer (Canterbury Lexus) adjusted the letters and digits so they lined up with the holes, using two black

I was particularly impressed how Lexus supply the threaded hole in my NX. I coated the hole and bolt with waxoyl.

From looking at your photo, you may be able to carefully get a pair of pliers or mole grips to turn the bolt. I would spray it with PTFE spray before attempting this. If that fails you may have to CAREFULLY drill out the plasic bolt.

Others members on here may have better solution.

Good luck - re
