Seat memory positions being forgotten on new NX 350

Hi

I have a Nov 2022 350NX and I just can't get the car to remember the position of the drivers seat. If I stop the car and then restart quite quickly, the seat and steering wheel roll into position but if I leave it any length of time, the seat position does not adjust automatically when I switch ignition on and I have to manually adjust the seat. I also have (I think) stored the position by pressing Set >1 but then when I get in if after having failed to autmatically set the position, pressing "1" doesn't move the seat to the saved position.

Anyone else having this issue?

Are you pressing set and 1 buttons together for long enough? A few seconds were needed on my IS300H.

Do not know if same but:

Press and hold SET - then press desired seat 1, 2 or 3, - you will hear a beep. Release SET and seat button and it is remembered.

Regarding pressing the buttons, yes, I believe that I am but will try again. Have you guys got the new NX?

If the issue is anything like our Lexus UX when we first got it, we too couldn't get the memory to work and the solution was to perform a "reset" of the seats.

Yes reset the seats as instructed and it should work.

I had this issue. Its been to Dealership to get all latest updates and now works perfectly. Book it in for recall updates that came out last week. You can also set seats by saying hey lexus set seat to position 1 or 2 or 3.
