android auto freezing

Has anyone had this problem?  I welcome the recent cool walk upgrade, however, i have noticed that the screen often freezes and every app is non responsive. I have just finished a 2 hour journey and found this really quite problematic? surely this is not a lexus issue?

No problem with Android Auto (running Coolwalk) in my NX.

It could be related to your USB cable - maybe try a different one and see what happens. (NB. if you're using "wireless" Android Auto via a dongle don't forget that there is still a cable being used).

Sorry, I have had the Coolwalk update running for a few weeks now and haven't seen any behaviour like that apart from the usual janky handling of voice commands sometimes.
