Would agree with that Alan ..The relax Warranty has in my opinion been very successful ..After all where else would you get that kind of service/warranty This was financially well thought out by Lexus...And proved a great success...!!! However ( Touch wood ) have never used it yet so We Will Wait With Trepidation that it is fit for purpose....!!
