It's pretty obviously been used as a demonstrator for a dipping business.
If it's all dipping then it's removable but I would expect the car to be bought by someone who is into the VIP/bippu style.
Not even remotely my taste (or lack thereof) but someone will want it and it keeps an LS on the road.
