Hi all,

Quick question - I am taking my car into Twickenham Lexus tomorrow as I believe the CV joint has gone (get buckling when turning tight). The car wasnt involved in any accidents and theres no obvious damage anywhere on the rims or tyre itself.

The car is under warranty and CV joints are covered.

The dealership has sent me a message that diagnostic check cost £198 + VAT.

Am I right in assuming that I wont be liable for this if the CV joint is found to have failed?

This is my first experience with Lexus so any advice is greatly welcome.

Thanks,
