new 2018 Lexus owner - what if I have issues

Hi,

I'm about to close a deal on buying a 2018 Lexus with a Lexus dealer, it comes with the usual 10 year warranty and all that but if I have an issue within 6 months what are my rights?

the dealer is telling me i can take my car to any lexus dealer and get it fixed, what kind of cost am i looking at? parts? labour? or both?

apologies if this is all in an FAQ

I take it that this is not a Lexus Dealer!

The 10 year warranty is linked and dependant upon the servicing having been carried out at a Lexus Dealer. Can the dealer provide proof of a current one year Relax warranty, provided by a Lexus Dealer who carried out the relevant Lexus service? 

The ten year warranty is issued year by year, based upon a Lexus service being carried out by a Lexus dealer.

You should also receive an initial 12month warranty and Lexus ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE from Marshall before you join the Relax Warranty.
