RCD warning ... has anyone experienced this?

After I had a flat Battery, I have had a RCD warning that is is not functioning. RCD = Rear camera detection. Lexus Service advised me to charge Battery to full and to take off the strap on the earth Battery to see if it resets the RCD. I did that but RCD fault still coming up.

Could it actually be a faulty camera? I had to replace mine once. It looked like it was a negative photo - weird. If you could borrow one to try first, or stump up for one on eBay. If it works happy days if not relist it.

Thanks. The rear camera is working but it is the detection that isn't. I have a Lexus warranty so it will be sorted by them.
