Aftermarket Radio, keep stock amplifier

Hi everyone, i got a 99 Lexus IS200 with the Satnav, i want to swap my radio to this one : 

 

 

 

But i'm completely lost, i saw you need to bypass the amp, but maybe not ? with a metra harness ? But is the metra harness is good with my amp ? 

Does someone already did it ? I really don't want to loose my sub and rear speaker, they're really good...

Did you manage to sort this. I have an is200 se reg 2002. I have a Pioneer AVH X491BHS and a AXTO TY1 interface. Any help would be appreciated. I cannot get sound from the speakers when connected as instructed.

Ernest, Hermod.be(Martin) does not seem to have been on here since December last year, so you might have to look elsewhere for the information/help you need. On the other hand you might be lucky and someone on here might see your post and offer some sort of advice/assistance
