IS 250 Strange Rattle When Accelerating over 5000 rpm (with video)

Hi all,

After some advice.  Recently purchased an IS 250 2012 with 100k miles.  It has a FSH from Lexus and drives great.  My only concern is a strange high pitched buzzing that happens when going over 5000 rpm?  I have added a video.

Any ideas?  Should I be concerned?

Sounds very tinny so I'd suspect an exhaust shroud lose somewhere.

Mine does it too, after 6k tbh. Must be exhaust related like Vlad says. My previous one didn't do this, but this one has a cat-back exhaust. Sh*t me up when I took to the limiter the other week! Luckily it's not engine related 🤣
