I’ve followed just about every video tutorial on YouTube to try and connect my Lexus link app to my 2021 RX 450 without any luck. I’ve registered the app and have got as far as ‘connected services terms an conditions’ it then says turn on the car and wait for on screen instructions- nothing happens.

can someone point me towards an easy to follow guide or is there something that I should be aware of that is inadequately explained in the videos/tutorials I have used so far? This is my second RX 450 and I really don’t remember having problems connecting to my 2014 model.

I would be grateful for any advice.

Of no real help but I had no end of issues getting my RX 'connected'. My dealer admitted the RX "can be a bit grumpy" but in the end I had to contact Lexus EU and a chap there explained there can be issues connecting a new owner to a pre-owned vehicle. It took approx 1 week before they sorted it.

UX 2020 , I removed my vehicle from the link+ app and re added it , now I can’t seem to activate connected services , keep getting message asking me to check  network .  Tried to log out , remove app and re install . No luck . It was working till yesterday .
Any suggestions?
Thanks
