I had the same issue. When i bought the car they came with bosch aerotwins and they were super noisy. Considered getting the originals but lexus wanted close to £50 so i did a bit of research and it looks like the Denso hybrids are the same as the lexus original so i got those from euro car parts for half the price. They're great no noise anymore.
