Decided to do the filters on my 112,000 mile 400H. The car has a good service history with brake and diff fluids replaced etc over time so I did not expect this. The pollen filter was the easiest I have ever changed, but looks like it has never been out since new!

Lexus Wimbledon, then a SW London local Toyota specialist service history. Anyway, no harm, just surprised to see it never changed.

It could only take a couple of years to look like that depending on where it is parked. I'm sure it was changed when Lexus were servicing it.
