Dash Cam

Hi guys

I bought a Goodyear Dash Cam on eBay about 6 weeks ago, but when it was fitted it did not act like a reversing camera on its display, despite indicating on the box that it would 

I returned it to the supplier but they credited me rather than replacing it, which leads me to believe that it may be a problem with all of them. They have said I will be credited in the next few days so I have looked for a replacement and bought the following.

I should recieve it tomorrow so I will fit it and give my comments on this feed.

The last thing I wanted was an expensive one because I would imagine they are a nickable item if left in with the top down! 

I hope this one works OK as it appears that each time I buy one, they double in price!

It’s a double edge sword buying cheap, as the quality of the footage is not much use to insurance or police if needed .

I like the flush fit style and have them in our Rav4 and van,

the brand is Viofo, it’s still the cheaper on the market but does what I want of it , top quality footage will set you back £200-300 and even then not much use in the dark .

I can't see anything on that box that says it acts as a reversing camera. It's simply a dual dash cam with front and rear cameras.

Can you see the back of the box or perhaps it is on the leaflet inside, but the supplier agreed what it indicated, so I don't have a problem!
