Is200 Heater Matrix Removal and Replacment

Hi there I recently got an is200. And found I was losing coolant i found it was the matrix, I isolated my heater matrix by bypassing it and that has solved it for now. 
 

I have bought a new matrix from motorads in which comes with no pipes how do I go about fitting the new matrix I hear the current pipes are crimped etc? What’s the best way to move them onto my new matrix. How do I release them from the current matrix? Is the best way dash out? Is there an easier way?

Not sure how the pipes are attached - they come with the heater matrix already attached from Lexus.

If you are willing to cut the pipes and join them with couplers then you can get it out without taking out the dash. The official way, preserving the pipes, is dash out.

I managed to uncrimp the pipes bending the tabs back on the matrix with pliers pull the pipes out perfectly then coupler clamped the new matrix from motorads onto the old pipes all without taking the dash out 1 hour job
