Not sure if truckers still use CB radio Bill. Don't know about Vlad the bounty hunter. I buy them quite regularly as they're my 2nd favourite chocolate bar. Wisper is no1. Actually I am know as Mad Vlad due to my antics on motorbikes in my youth lol 😆 

Pre dinner Grants John? What about after dinner John? Hic!🍹?

I don't know what to make of that article. I watched the video within it and being of Ukrainian and White Russian parents I only understood as little as 10% of it. The other 90% sounded Russian. 

I think that article was actually a funny one in parts and I'd class it as one of those 'spooks ' or 'spoof' types.
