Lexus Link Assistance Required

Morning!

I have tried this morning to use the Lexus Link app and send a destination from the app to the car, but it's saying that i need to register my multi-media device. It then provides a series of photos of various options that look nothing like what i have in my 2019 UX250h F-Sport.

I have no clue as what to do next or what info the app needs to register my device. I would therefore really appreciate your help.

Are there other options on the app that also require registration? I have added my vehicle and that appears to be working ok as the app knows where it is currently located.

Have you tried setting up your account on the My Lexus portal and verifying your car?

When I did this the multimedia info was automatically added

I’m having the same issue with Lexus Link in my 2022 UX. The app also shows my home address incorrectly. Even the dealer has given up. He has the same issues with his company car, which is an ES. He eventually said there’s a major upgrade coming in November and he can’t fix the problems I’m having☹️
