Do the 18inch alloys look okay?

Ordered NX350H with 18inch alloys and having read some reviews, I'm now worried they will look too small!

Does anyone already have the 350H with the 18inch alloys? And, if so, do they look good?

I presume the option would be the 20” alloys with low profile tyres.  Surely your choice might be more influenced by the type of ride quality that you prefer?

Conventionally the smaller wheel with the deeper tyre will provide a more comfortable ride but with possibly more lateral movement if driven hard.  Conversely the bigger wheel with the low-profile tyre will have less body movement when cornered hard, but the ride will be harsher due to the reduced flexibility of the sidewalls.

So it may be that your choice could be more influenced by those factors rather than just aesthetics?

Depends on how the suspension has be designed. The RX on 20" and 55 profile tyres corners just as flat as my RC on 19" and 35 profile tyres. The big difference is the RX tyre soaks up the sharper irregularities, it's less 'crashy' over expansion joints etc.. Both cars have/had AVS.

I'm guessing the suspension in the NX will be the same irrespective of wheel choice, so I think cornering might suffer? Does the model variant chosen have AVS?

NX F Sport is the only grade with AVS, and that only has a 20" wheel with run-flat tyre option.

Last week I had my 450 on 18" wheels parked next to a 350 on 20" wheels. The difference was negligible until one looked more closely. They both looked fabulous.

Hey Mattsneaker, is this the Graphite Black with 18inch standard?

Looks good 👍 although not that different to our current NX300H Graphite Black Premium Sport 2021! I know it's totally different car etc but interestingly, in this picture not much difference!
