Ahhh yes the non-existent paint code so many of us crave haha. Painter did mine by eye, using Lexus IS Silver with a black base coat. The Lexus IS Silver also apparently does not have a paint code... secret 😉

What's wrong with the diamond cut wheels? I think they look lovely and timeless.

Not aware of any UK cars that are diamond cut thought it was a US option....but I do stand to be corrected if I'm wrong, ....besides diamond cut wheels can only be refurbed only so many times as I know personally having had them on previous cars, personally I like the dark chrome effect better....but I am biased.

I guess I am talking RC F and perhaps you are talking GS F? Sorry assumed we were on about rc f due to the OP

Diamond cut can just be £££ to refurb if done correctly with diamond cut machine. Some can repair to 'look' but they aren't, however, is mucho cheaper!

Yes I have the diamond cut RCF wheels and they’re nice but simply awaiting the day they start corroding and when they do I don’t really want to keep paying out for refurbishment. Just personal preference that i much prefer the GSF wheels, I think they’ll add aggression to the look of my RCF.

But then I saw my wheels in this video finished in shadow chrome. Could be a cheaper option.

GY64VCC was a Lexus GB press car, one of their very first. I've never owned it, but have driven it a few times.

So too has Jeremy Clarkson, but he didn't like it very much.

Indeed Clarkson did not like the RCF, but that was because he loves the LFA so much. Pretty sure if I had an LFA for the day, I would be a little deflated getting back into my RCF lol.
