How long does delivery take?

We just purchased the NX350H from our local dealer and they are saying its 12 months until it will be delivered!

Does anyone else know if this is correct?

Sounds about right.  NX350H timelines generally longer and less predicatable than for the 450H.

Hi Deb, welcome to LOC.

I ordered my 350h in Feb this year and my latest ETA is March 2023. My dealership have indicated that if you order an NX350h now, ETA is 2024.

Read somewhere that delivery times in Japan for the 350h are approx 2 years.

Very long delays on 350h, not so on 450h+.

I'd be very surprised if our car was not delivered until 2024! Why would our dealership tell us 12 months if it was really going to be 24? That can't be right!!

I was initially told that I would have mine by 19th August 22, 6 months after order, but everyone's delivery times have slipped.

Well, it's only 15 months till 2024 and based on other people's experience that isn't particularly unlikely.  I ordered in January this year and have been told, hopefully, January 2023 although that is moving all the time and I would expect it to slip.

I ordered my nx on 4th November 2021 with an expectation of march 2022 delivery. Despite complaints to which I got no response from Lexus UK. (Branch did their best but embarrassed at Lexus uk and Japan lack of information), it has now finally been built and is on the ship with expected delivery late November. I think they are now erring on the cautious side.
