i'm regarded as a takumi customer, even thou i don't own one but understand this part much more when engaging with customers, so than any dealer

I will definitely make a complaint with my previous dealership, ordered a brand new Lexus, when I collected the vehicle, found out 4 scratch and damaged the interior

here is the reply from the General Manager

''as you wanted to collect the car with all factory covers in place it was difficult to check the vehicle as we normally would.

I suggest for any future purchases you allow us to prepare the car as we normally would as this assist un in our quality control process.''

I will forward all the email to Lexus head office and see how they reply

You should have waited for the car to be fully detailed by the dealer before impatiently snatching it from their hands without allowing them to inspect the car.
The final checks by the dealer are part of quality control post transportation.

for all the brand new vehicle they will need to do the PDI

I just asked them do not remove the protection file on the bonnet, as I need to bring it to a detailer to get a ceramic coating

and the scratch and damaged is with the door panel leather, and the armrest, and some ballpoint pen marks with it

is that a quality control?

Ahh I see initially missed the comment that it is internal damage.
I that should have been a dealer fix, if not possible then a rejection by the dealer,
