I agree. I’m going to give it a two star review. 

Being able to connect to the car and obtain data is great, but the app is difficult to get around and not at all intuitive. The mapping and send to car is quite poor.

The Mercedes software is also poor and, after the first three years, the annual subscription is expensive given the limited functionality. It has the hallmarks of a prototype system and in some respects seems like a solution searching for a problem.
