Seems that Lexus Poole ((Hendy) are undergoing a reorganisation which has resulted in a severe fall off in their normally excellent customer service. Job roles being re-assigned, understaffing and key people leaving has caused me as a customer a few headaches to the point where Hedge End will get my business in the future.

I bought my car from them three years ago. Absolute nightmare and almost walked away from the purchase. Haven't been back since.

Apparently they now have one technician but they're still booking work for 3 then calling customers and cancelling the booking at short notice. Exactly what happened to me. Twice.

My car, I beleieve originated from them, it certainly did when I biought her from the then owner here who was the Parts Manager at Poole Dorset  ....  how times sadly change

I had to pop into Poole unexpectedly a couple of months ago when the voice failed on my Sat Nav.I was on my way from Wirral to Lulworth and they were delightful.Nothing was too much trouble. Have a comfortable seat, coffee/tea, Sir/ Madam, we`ll get our electronics expert to investigate it straight away.They could not fix it but their attitude towards customer service was exemplary.

I expect you met and spoke to Luke who was, I agree, exceptional. Sadly now gone. As an update on my earlier message, my car was collected at 8am this morning for a service and MOT, I live 40 minutes from Poole.  I was clear that my car had to be returned by 2pm as that's when I finish work. I got a call at 1.15 telling me my car was still in the workshop and wouldn't be back on time.  Luckily I insisted this morning that the sales manager who collected my car gave me his keys in exchange. I'm now driving his car.

If Poole continues to disappoint its customers then they will move on.
