Infotainment help RC300h

Day two of ownership of my RC300h F Sport 2018 (phase 1), no manuals included with the car, I've figured out the sat nag but can't figure out how to tune different DAB stations and set them as presets.

Can anyone help with either guiding me through it or somewhere I can find an online manual or video. I'm in Hertfordshire near Potters Bar.

As an aside I will be attending the Go Japan show at Brands Hatch if any one else wants to meet up.

Thanks Steve, manuals downloaded although a little confused as they all show a touch pad for controls while my RC has a wheel like a BMW idrive.
