TBH the purple wrap does nothing  for me, not a big fan of the original orange but I'd rather that than purple.

Laziness on behalf of dealer not to post their own pictures imo.

Dealer... lazy? 😮🤣

Tbh I like the dealer BS the most, some of the stories and nonsense they will tell to get a sale is unfathomable sometimes! 😛

Iirc from the original AT ad prior to auction the car also had an optical starlight headliner modification... No mention of that

Don’t understand all the negative comments, they’re doing their job, trying to maximise the price for item for sale.

same as any sales organisation.

as the saying goes - “shy bairns get nought”

Again can’t see a problem with that.

at the end of the day it’s worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.

sales lesson #1

There’s always going to be a punter to buy almost any car at the asking price

we've seen this with a few Ls400s recently ...... seemingly barmy asking prices but hey ! Someone thinks it’s a good buy and happy with the result

but good proper recent pictures should be essential and YES a Dealer makes the investment and expects a ( hopeful ) good Outcome ....... eventually

there’s a real £££ cost to stock buying, holding and Preparing a car for sale ...... and can sometimes take many months or years to “turn that profit “

This is turning out to be quite the adventure, £60k now on autotrader, spin the wheel and where it stops will be next weeks price 🤣

And so it tumbles again.

Black Lexus now down to £58990 not being helped by the others up for sale I imagine.

A tumble of £1010 or 1.6%……. Hardly pushing the boat out……

Down from £62990 originally.

The recent MOT makes interesting reading. Looks like it's been off roading and only 150 miles since being fixed. If I was buying, think I'd be asking for a full alignment report on it.

Couple of wheels and a damper - they needed to recoup that spend. Won’t have been cheap!! No wonder they started at £62k……

Is it normal for pads to be worn enough to be an advisory at 21500 ish miles (first mot in 2021), someone had a heavy right foot !!! ?

Thinking could it have been used as a track day car and possibly had an off at some point hence the latest MOT fail/pass 🤔

Very dependent on how it has been driven but it is a big heavy car that is capable of high speeds that needs to be stopped at some point. Someone could easily get through pads and discs just on the road in 10k miles, others will make them last 30k+.

This one certainly seems to have had a harder life than most GS Fs. Rear shocks seem to have a habit of misting/leaking but not heard of the fronts being a problem at that mileage.

Yes they can! Picked mine up with around 14k miles on the clock and the pads were fooked. Glad they were to be honest as the dust was annoying enough, but had another more valid reason to change/ upgrade them!

Could most definitely have been a track car, either that or '1 careful owner' as they always like to put 🤣

Must have been a good hard shunt to have distorted two of the near side alloys, considering thy are forged and very strong,  clearly damaged the front shock, makes you wonder what else could have been affected?

All you need to do is slap the roof and add 'All yours for £56990' and that could have been a sales pitch! 😂😂

I don't want to sound like a smart ***** BUT knowing what this car went through I would not even pay £30k for it!

Other GSFs with decent history are much more appealin currently.
