l purchased a UX Tukumi from  Lexus Steven Eagell Ipswich last July absolutely excellent service from sales in fact I don’t think in all the years of purchasing cars ( I’m a pensioner) I’ve ever been treated so well, nothing seemed to be too much trouble . Had a service this July and equally impressed, I’ve had various makes and usually staff in service reception talk down to me not realising I do know when I’m being told rubbish when I query things, however at Lexus Ipswich I felt they understood and explained fully my questions. I realise not all Steven Eagell dealerships are the same in fact my previous car was a Toyota also purchased from a Steve Eagell dealership but least said the better about that one !!!

Having bought from several (different brands of car) from 'Dealership chains' over my lifetime, and had good and indifferent experiences, I am reconciled to the most likely fact that the performance of any specific dealership is down to the manager/owner of that location, rather than the ultimate

owner.
